As an ongoing service, we can keep an up-to-date inventory that helps you make better decisions related to purchasing new products and services, deploying network upgrades and security patches, and capacity planning.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN
With an Annual Maintenance Plan, every month we will clean your computers, verify your anti-virus is working and is up to date, download any important security patches, and verify your backups are working.
Our IT support services and managed services can ensure the optimal and continual operation of your computers, file servers, and entire Information Technology infrastructure and technical environment.
This particular plan keeps your computers running smoothly and helps prevent computer problems before they can happen, giving you piece of mind. If a computer receives proper and regular maintenance, it can add years to its lifetime with minimal to zero downtime.
Your Annual Computer Maintenance Plan will include 40 hours of As-Needed Service as well as monthly office visits to perform the preventive maintenance tasks similar to below:
SAMPLE MAINTENANCE PLAN
- Install Microsoft and Adobe Service Packs and critical security updates to help ward off potential hackers
- If you are currently using Antivirus software, we will verify that your software is current, performing correctly and view virus activity logs
- Purge Temporary Internet Files and Windows Temp Files which can slow down your computer and fill up hard drive space
- Scan and remove any viruses, adware and spyware
- If you are currently using a back-up service, we will verify that back-ups are working properly
- Check the health of hard disk drives, the capacity, and the amount of usage
- Uninstall programs that are no longer used and prevent unneeded programs from auto-starting when the computer starts. This preventive task will also help the computer run faster
- Address any other issues that do not warrant a specific visit or remote session
With an Annual Computer Maintenance Plan, you will also receive Front-Of-The-Line-Priority. This means that if there are repair issues that cannot be handled by phone, you will receive priority (over non-agreement customers) in scheduling a service call or remote service appointment.
